Careline, the 5th largest telecare service provider in the UK and has passed its TSA audit with flying colours. The team take calls UK wide with 2017 seeing 425,000 vulnerable calls being dealt with. Auditors have described the service as;
"A very well led telecare business where quality is embedded"
